Residential Cleaning ($55/hour per person):

General Residential Cleaning Services, everything you would imagine and expect.

  • General dusting, mopping, vacuuming & cleaning.

Bathrooms:

  • Sinks, Countertops, Bathtubs, Showers, Toilet exterior/interior.
  • All reachable Mirrors, Towel Hangers, Decor.
  • Doors, Frames, Baseboards, Cabinet fronts/sides.

Kitchen:

  • All Appliances (exteriors).
  • Inside/Outside of Microwave, Cooktop, Hood.
  • Cabinets (exteriors.)
  • Countertops.
  • Tables and Chairs.
  • Sinks & Faucets
  • Vacuuming, Sweeping and/or Mopping of floors.

Living Rooms / Bedrooms / Common Areas:

  • Dusting all reachable Areas, all reachable Mirrors.
  • Vacuuming, Sweeping and/or Mopping of floors.

Commercial Cleaning ($70/hour per person):

For offices, businesses and real estate agents. Everything we would go and do to a residence and more! Including garbage removal services, multiple washrooms, kitchens and work areas.

  • All reachable Mirrors and Glass.
  • Cleaning of Washroom(s).
  • Dusting Office Desks and any and all reachable Furniture.
  • Garbage Removal Services (Offices, Cubicles, etc. We may require a garbage key, depending on frequency, size of job and accessibility.)
  • Kitchen/lunch areas cleaning including Microwave, Sinks, Counters, Appliances, Tables, etc.
  • Vacuuming and/or Sweeping & Mopping floors. Optional deep-cleaning services also available.

Post Construction Cleaning ($70/hour per person):

Our Cleaning Ninjas specialize in Post Construction Cleaning Services and understand the fundamental differences and cleaning requirements of a building or suite to turn it from a just finished project to a shiny, sparkling clean, ready to sell or use property!

We include everything we would do for our Residential & Commercial Clients but with a special eye-to-detail and a fine-toothed comb (sometimes literally.)

The Cleaning Ninjas specially schedule every Post Construction job to meet time-sensitive deadlines with a more individualized cleaning strategy; especially for larger cleaning jobs that may require a handful of individuals to clean specialty, multi-floor establishments.

  • Garbage Removal Services (We may require a garbage key, depending on the size of job and accessibility.)
  • Removing all Stickers/removable decals from new windows and appliances.
  • Special Care to Dust/Clean all reachable Areas, Appliances, Furniture, Rooms, Decor & reachable Architecture.
  • Vacuuming and/or Sweeping & Mopping floors.
  • Going over the project with an extra Eye to Detail.

Upon Request Services:

We do NOT clean certain things unless otherwise told to. We generally will ask for permission to clean certain things before starting a project as we do our initial walkthrough of the cleaning sites & schedule.

Our Cleaning Ninjas are people who take pride in their cleaning work; but we also take pride in respecting our clients’ personal space, their belongings & property.

We do not want to be skulking around your property cleaning the outsides of windows or cleaning the inside of a cabinet or a private room without your permission. With our Cleaning Ninjas, you can know we will clarify what is and isn’t off-limits and when.

And this is why we have these select Upon Request Only Services that we do not do by default without clarification:

  • Interiors of large appliances such as ovens, fridges or freezers.
  • Interiors of Cabinets, drawers such as on nightstands or in kitchenettes or medical cabinets in a washroom. (These may contain personal items, so we avoid these unless otherwise told not to.)
  • Objects or property we might assume as an adjacent neighbours property or belonging(s).
  • Reachable exteriors of windows.
  • Reachable blinds/window drapery.
  • Specialty / Uncommon rooms.
